  Took our 7 year old for a trial workout today. Met with Adam and discussed his current playing positions. Adam asked him what was his favorite position and they went to work. This was an individual training session and it started with stretches and warmup. They then moved into some grounder exercises along with throwing. The "coolest" part for my son was being clocked at 41mph throwing. After a quick break, batting practice ensued. Overall AdM did great! He made my son feel at ease but still be focused on improving. The facility was extremely clean and the waiting area has air-conditioning. There are restrooms and a vending machine for snacks. We are very pleased and will be setting up weekly sessions going forward. @Adam, thank you!
