We visited as an out-of-town volleyball team and were really impressed! The facility is huge and super clean. The courts double as basketball courts with beautifully polished floors. The staff went above and beyond—offering us ice when one of our players got injured and even lent us a full set of volleyballs and a ball basket. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. There's also a cool mezzanine upstairs with baseball cages, and plenty of parking available. Definitely planning to come back!

I would try all other options before going to this place since this is in a bad part of town, very run down area. Besides that, I would say dealing with the owner is a practice in patience. I operate a non-profit and was looking for a venue to host an event to raise money for charity. I called this location and talked to their weekend manager with whom I was trying to rent out venue space at this location for an event. I was told to stop by and check it out in person and that there may be a way to work something out, so I did. As I was walking around taking photos of the venue, a man yelled out "what are you doing?!" I later find out this man is the owner of the venue and his attitude was very dismissive and not friendly at all. At no point did this portly man ask me how much space we would need, how many people, when we wanted to plan this event, or how long it would be. His only questions were what kind of event and simply saying in a rude manner "we're very busy and we can't host your event." Did not care about anything at all didn't even look at a calendar, just that he couldn't fit us in a whole calendar year. What type of owner flat out refuses money and paying customers without asking basic preliminary questions? Treated me like an intruder and in a VERY condescending way, reminded me of a very rude high school PE teacher talking to students. My recommendation to anyone reading this is to run away and find another venue for whatever your needs are. This man clearly doesn't care enough to treat potential customers in a dignified manner. A change in management or a class on how to treat others with respect and kindness is sorely needed for the owner. How anyone could work with this man in either as a customer or as a co-worker baffles my mind. Edit: After reading the owners response, not only is he rude, but also a liar. Even more reason to not come. After yelling at me asking me what I was doing. I walked up calmly to his desk and told him what I was here for. I told him that I was checking out the venue as a potential tabletop tournament location. He flat out told me that he was busy the entire year and couldn't fit us in. Contrary to what we were told on the phone so I gave a puzzled look, to which he replied "Don't give me that attitude, I'm not in the mood for it today okay?! We're very busy." He then proceeded to question why I was taking photos of the weight room which was empty which you'll see in my review was included. In no way did I purposely photograph children and in all my photos were on the facilities and space of the facility. Just don't come here

Oh Wow! This hosted our District wide Unity Games and the staff was very accommodating! We had an incident that needed medical attention and the staff reacted without hesitation! Even though we had medical staff present, they assisted us with respect and helped us to limit further injuries! I highly recommend this place for sporting events!

This place is so lame.. i had high hopes cause I just moved close by, but the facilities are trashed, and alot is going on behind the scenes that isn't legit I think .. And by the way, I was born and raised in Dallas area, and been here my whole life except for a few years in Austin.. get your facts straight and learn to operate a business..
