  We had a 12U Mt Juliet Little League team practice at Sports Lab TN last night. This facility is awesome! Nice staff, plenty of space/parking, new equipment, and conveniently located off of 40. I'm sure with all the rain-outs we'll be using the Sports Lab more times this season. The boys loved it.

  First off, as others have mentioned this place is large and state of the art. Perfect place for individual lessons or even training for your whole team. My son is 11 and had his first lesson tonight with Coach Rene. We have done training at other places in the area. This was by far our best experience!!! As soon as we got in the car he was asking when he can train with Coach Rene again. Coach Rene has an amazing way of teaching high level hitting techniques but making it simple enough for kids to understand. Book a lesson now, I promise you will not be disappointed.

  Nice and clean facility. Multiple cages. Great for a little league team to come get practice in bad weather. I love to come have batting practice for slowpitch softball here.

  Top notch facility. Plenty of space, new equipment, and very competitive rates. Can accommodate an entire team or perfect for individual work. Very impressive, would be hard to find a better facility in middle TN. Highly recommend!
