  Very cool cages. The HitTrax system let's you chose age group, 3 different pitch speeds, 3 different zones(low, med, high), tells Batting average and other metrics of you hitting and pitching. Then you can select the mlb park you want to "play" in. There is also selections for different competitions such as HR derby. The employee was helpful with learning the system. Each session is 15 pitches, then you can select dif speed or zone for next round. Do as many rds in you allotted time. Would def recommend for a fun outing or regular BP for the players. Video is setting - 10u, 37 mph
