  Honestly I hate to do this because the training staff are great. Communication and last minute cancelations on a regular basis will drive anyone nuts. No professionalism when it comes to operating a schedule. These kids look forward to going, and especially in the winter need to be in there. But showing up to someone else with your trainer, and getting the 'I'm sorry I messed up' line gets old. Canceling sessions an hour before. Maybe 10% of the time you get a response by phone or text. If you like living by chance and gambling that your training session will 'actually' happen....then this is the place for you. But if you expect the sessions you pay for to 'actually' happen....I suggest going elsewhere

  Home of the Coventry river dogs. Just fixing place up . Opening up Tuesday . Looks like it is gonna be cool . Open now , looks great. 3 batting cages, pitching in far corner.

  Matt Hopkins is very knowledgeable in sports specific training. He trains all ages. All of his athletes have programs that are designed just for them.
