  Poor knocking service Gave bat to knock(used bat -only used in net sessions) They put the bat in the knocking machine without removing scuffsheet and messed up the complete bat face. To fix that it almost 2 months. And after receiving the bat the scuffsheet was not replaced(in website it mentioned it will be taken care) On top of all came home and checked the knocking was very poor. (Felt like nothing happend) I have long drive to this place , felt like all drive, time and money waste. 2 stars given considering the good communication from yogesh and Amar. Or else the service and turn around time deserves 0 star

  Sept 7: Purchased an expensive cricket bat on Aug 25, and its Sept 7 now. They haven’t started the shipping yet. Not answering the emails and not answering the phone calls. Worst experience of purchaing cricket equipment online!! Sept 9: They finally followed up as I left the review. I will provide the honest update after I receive the bat to tell if the bat is really knocked with same intensity as mentioned by the seller. Shipping update: Bat is not yet in possession of UPS.

  My son and I visited this facility for reservation with the pitching machine for baseball. We had a very poor experience, unfortunately. The machine was very faulty and would frequently move positions and change the speed all by itself. I asked the gentleman who was working to help us at least 4 to 5 times but he was also having difficulty with it as well and told me that the machine has been faulty at times before. Out of maybe 100 balls that we put in, my son could only swing at maybe 10, sporadically. It was extremely inconsistent in its functioning. I’m super disappointed in our experience and my son was too. We participate in a local baseball teams and we were very much looking forward to some extra practice. I’ve tried to contact the facility on two occasions since then, and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone in charge.

  These SG5 cricket shoes were a big letdown. They looked fine at first, but after just one game, the sole started coming off. The grip is really poor — I kept slipping while running. They also hurt my feet after wearing them for a short time. Not comfortable at all. Waste of money. I don’t recommend these to anyone who actually plays serious cricket.
