  The one star is for their amazing facility. It's great. WHEN it's open. They NEVER answer the phones, they don't give an option on the website to reserve a batting cage for use. When you don't live close to the place and travel 45 minutes during business hours to find the entire place with lights off and the desk unattended to... It's a little more tha than frustrating and pretty unprofessional. Please enjoy the picture I've taken on Saturday September 27, 2025 at 430pm here at Bianco. Business hours are from 8am-830pm.

  We have played wooden bat league, done camps, and lessons. The facility is great, and the coaches are just as awesome. We've had different coaches for different things and I highly recommend this place for any kids wanting to further educate themselves in baseball.

  I can't say enough good things about Bianco's and their incredible softball instructors! As a parent, it's been amazing to watch my daughter grow as a softball player thanks to their coaching and instruction. The facility itself is top-notch - honestly, the best we've seen in Western PA. Everything is well-maintained, and they have all the equipment you could need. But what really sets them apart is the quality of instruction. My daughter's coach, Coach Bev, is fantastic. She is so patient and encouraging, and she really knows how to break down the skills in a way that made sense to my daughter. Since starting lessons, my daughter has not only become a much stronger player, but her confidence has soared too! She's having more fun on the field than ever before, and that's what it's all about! I highly recommend Coach Bev at Bianco's to any parent looking to give their child the best possible softball training.

  Saw online that they were open until 9:45. I don’t get off of work until 8:15 and live in the city. My brother wanted to go and they never answered their phone. So took the 30 minute drive there. Got there at 9:00 and saw that their lights were out. Wasted my time driving and there was ZERO HELP from their staff. It was such a disappointment from such an “ESTABLISHED” place of sports. Total weak sauce😔😔😔
