  The products are great but the service department is terrible. They have a guy that "screens calls" and if you don't have an exact machine number he won't help you at all, even though ALL of their machines (BP1) are the same regardless of serial number. He must have been there forever and nobody had told him he needs to change. It would absolutely be 5 star for me if it wasn't "the gate keeper" in the service department, it's a broken system and should be changed .

  Awesome customer service. Called them to order a new "strike zone" for my sons batting net we purchased. They are sending me a new one for free even though we are out of the 1 year warranty period.

  Amazing customer service. JUGS is a local company for me so I visited the warehouse and they spent time with me to answer all of my questions, show me all the equipment I asked about, and a whole lot more. Their products are top of the line. So much fun for me and my son.

  ***** THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO COME AND USE BATTING CAGES. THEY SELL THEM **** Great place for your baseball/softball needs! They have all sorts of pitching machines and equipment for purchase. Also, friendly and knowledgeable staff. If one person doesn't know the answer, they will get you to someone that does.
