  Nothing but TOP TIER service every time we are here! Shawna is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! My son constantly gets compliments on his skills that we have acquired at DBAT with Coach Casey and Coach Rey.

  One of the best experiences at this facility! The owner and his team are very respectful! Also not to mention there hitting facility has had AC added! They really show how much they care about their customers comfortability! Thank you D-Bat!

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WE DID AN INDOOR TOURNAMENT HERE. THE UMPS WERE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, THE FIELD WAS IN TERRIBLE SHAPE AND THE BASES WERE ROCK HARD. THE TURF AT HOME PLATE WAS LIFTED AND A HUGE TRIPPING HAZZARD. WHEN UMPS WERE QUESTIONED ON CALLS THEY WOULD LAUGH AND THINK THINGS WERE COMICAL. IT WAS EMBARRASING. TEAM PAID TO PLAY AND IT WAS. THEY WERE ALSO TRAINING UMPS AND THERE WERE 5 STANDING IN THE OUTFIELD. PLAYS WERE BLOCKED CAUSING OUR GIRLS TO BE UNABLE TO MAKE ACCURATE AND EFFICIENT PLAYS. HEATING ELEMENT WENT OUT AND IT WAS JUST AS COLD AS IF WE PLAYED OUTSIDE. PAYED WAY TO MUCH MONEY FOR IT TO BE A COMPLETE TRAIN WRECK. WILL NEVER PLAY ANOTHER TOURNAMENT OR RETURN TO THIS FACILITY FOR ANYTHING ELSE

  Poorly managed, very little structure, not upfront about membership policies, specifically those pertaining to the fact you will be charged even after being told verbally otp she could assist me in cancelling membership. Approximately 2 months later they charge me 2 times back to back(within minutes). Upon calling them and trying to politely seek assistance with a refund due to what I could only hope was a mistake… I speak with a different person that informs me that no one can assist me with canceling my membership (unused for four months) and in fact I have to navigate a non user friendly system simply to cancel the membership and that ther could be no refund cause I “TECHNICALLY “ still had an “ACTIVE “ account.
