  We enrolled in the spring speed by BAF Performance program, and the results have been amazing. The trainers focus on proper technique , strength and injury prevention. It‘s great knowing they also partner with sports medicine professionals for added support. Highly recommend for young athletic!

  Called about a month ago and asked if they offered batting lessons for an adult who plays slow pitch. I play in competitive tournaments and was to better my skill. The front desk woman laughed at me and told me she’s call me back after she asks around. I’ve never received a phone call back in regards to my question, and did not appreciate being laughed at for being an adult looking for sport lessons.
