  My son has had a great experience with hitting lessons at TNT! Danny has helped him to significantly improve his approach at the plate and also has a great rapport with him. My son enjoys their sessions and has been hitting much better!

  I've been a member of Top Notch for almost a year and have been working with Danny as my personal trainer since early August and could not be more pleased with the results. The guys over there know what they're talking about and are willing to work with you to create workouts and programs that will get you to where you want to go. Whether you want to gain mass or lean down they will listen to you and help you in whatever way they can.

  I've just finished my groupon at TNT. I had sessions with both Danny and Jason and I loved the variety of full body workouts they walked me through. Each hour session went really quickly and the results were great. I'm looking forward to continuing with them in the new year and I know it's just what my body needs to increase my muscle mass and overall fitness.

  I work-out with Danny once a week. I started in October 2015 from zero fitness; no strength, no endurance, no balance. Four months later I work-out three days a week; two of those are at home doing a work-out created by Danny that only requires a fifteen-pound medicine ball and twenty-pound dumbbells I already owned. The difference is amazing! Danny really knows what he is doing. I would have never got here by myself.
