Took my son up for a youth amateur skills event, and was quite impressed with the facility. Easy access, clean, bright and updated. The owners put a lot of thought and money into the dome, making it a very nice place to work on your game. I believe it's been updated in the past few years, and it's in really good shape. I'm sure it'll improve even further with time with more amenities.

Been going to the dome for many years and have never had a single problem with anyone...staff or otherwise. I've gotten lessons, christmas presents, simulator time range time..you name it I have done it..but today after admittingly having some sticker shock for the cost of 2 hours in the simulator was asked politely to leave or pay for more time. The dome opens at 0900 and thats when the clock must have started. 3 of us played St. Andrews. Usually takes 2 hours. Today was no different but upon arrival there was a broken chair in our hitting area and 2 of us had to remove it and bring over another chair. (5 to 10 min) when we're were asked to pay for more time we were on 17 at st. Andrews..ya know the one where you aim right at the building with your tee shot with ob down the right side..well thats where we finished. We gathered our things and proceeded to exit. Noone was waiting for our simulator that I know of. I went to the point of sale and stated I wanted to pay for the time that we went over and spoke to the associate and said next time maybe we could get in a little sooner so we could be more ready instead of having to rush right in and begin playing immediately. The associate seemed sympathetic but then another lady behind him inserted herself into the conversation and lost control of herself when asked if she understood where I was comming from. She was LOUD RUDE AND MEAN. And she said it was no different from a tee time at Augusta National. Slight embellishment. My friends traveled an hour from Madison to join me in my usually comfortable spot only to have it triple bogeyed in the last moments of the experience. I'm pretty sure the most memorable part of today's round at st. Andrews will be...and it won't be the old course. If this is how the rest of sim season goes at the dome it will surely be my last.

What a great place to spend a few hours. I went to the driving range and got some much needed practice. They charge by the 1/2 hour or hour and it was very reasonable. They also have batting cages and putting coarse that i want to try another time. All of the facility looked clean and top notch.

Terrible staff. Started the timer on our sim station right at the hour but never accounted for trying to help them clean up the area and repair a broken chair. That took some time away from our round. Then proceeded to kick us out right as we were on the 17th hole. Never suggested us to finish since we started late due to the broken furniture. No one was in line for that station right after us. Just a little courtesy goes along way to bring people in and keep them coming back. Fix your staff and I’ll fix the rating.
