My sons has been working with NMC for two years now. We are so pleased with the investment they have made with their players, both mentally and with their investment in to the new facilities. The space is wonderful, and provides an awesome place for my player to train. He had a personally designed workout program and received one on one attention to work through the program. I am so impressed with the time and attention he is given, and how much growth it is allowing him! Nick, Max and his staff do an amazing job!

Our son has trained at NMC Performance for two years now. We have seen great improvement in his overall strength and conditioning! He has also taken multiple hitting lessons and saw a significant increase in his batting average and increase in extra base hits this past summer! I would recommend NMC Performance to any young athlete looking to take their abilities to the next level!

Nick and Max are incredible people and have been incredible for my son since day 1. As high school started they knew his goals from speaking to him and every day challenge him to get better. He will spend hours at their training facility…..which is incredible for lifting, pitching / throwing, hitting, and anything else. The off season work NMC provides is everything a motivated kid would dream of. Now he’s a junior in HS and a D1 baseball commit. Monster sized thank you for everything they’ve done and continue to do. If you’re reading this - get your kid on a NMC team and up there for off season work. They’ll help mold him into the best version of himself - player and person. You won’t be disappointed.

My son started going to NMC Performance for weight training and an arm care program while playing for another program. He immediately fell in love with the program and the coaches, and spends hours every week at the facility. He has set many goals with Max and Nick, and he has reached every goal even quicker than expected. I cannot speak highly enough about NMC Performance or NMC Baseball. Great people who are fully invested in every player that they train.
