I have two kids in different programs. Athlete 101 is excellent for my daughter who doesn't have a main sport. In Athlete 101 she still gets great fitness, coaching and friends. My son is a part of Horsepower. It is age appropriate running, weight lifting, and body weight resistance. He is having a great time and we already notice a difference! Shout out to Coach Dale and Coach Ashton! I can't say enough good things about T3! Check it out for yourself! It has something for everyone.

The athletic training is remarkable at T3! From the beginning stages of fundamentals all the way to the elite stages! Many of their trainers have worked with my kids and their friends. Kody is a blessing, working with them to put everything into perspective fielding and batting. I absolutely love Caity with her immense customer service skills at the front desk; always available to assist with scheduling. Brad is so accommodating with all of our trainings and linking us to the best training.

Very clean, very professional, and very cool! My son practices rugby here, and the boys always love the field. The staff is nice, and things always seem to run smooth when we are there. Go Westshore Lions!

My personal experience has been unfortunate. I would not recommend the youth programs under any circumstances due the lack of oversight and accountability. I haven’t observed a nurturing environment and have seen players and parents treated poorly.
