Hands down the best pitching machines and best company with customer service, everyone is great, they really take care of you. Jeff and Michael are awesome and make things happen when needed and are extremely helpful! I have 8 of their Machines at my facility, 6 baseball and 2 softball, and the quality and strike throwing ability is amazing! If you’re on the fence on the purchase, don’t be. It’s a no brainer, throws strikes all day and easy to use for great BP and throws all types of pitches! -Mark

Caleb and his team have been the best I’ve ever worked with. These guys genuinely care about taking care of their customers. I’m a simple homeowner and not a business and they’ve bent over backwards to help me with everything. The iHack Attack is great. We’ve clocked balls at 104 with “Heater” setting using a pocket radar. It’s pretty consistent on speed and usually writhing 2mph at 104mph. I’ve found with real baseballs, you can change the movement of the pitch at high speeds based on how you feed the balls. Stick it in at 4 seam and it goes pretty straight, stick the ball in at 2 seam and you’ll get a little movement.

Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. On Monday tech and I misdiagnosed an issue over the phone and they sent me a motor. Got the motor Tuesday and replaced and realized it was the control panel instead. Called in Wednesday and they immediately sent me correct part. Very easy and quick turnaround. Sports Attack is awesome.

Needed a part last minute, ordered a week before, and there was a shipping issue. When they realized it they overnighted it at their own expense because we needed it for an event. All companies make minor mistakes but the ones like this that make it right are the ones that are a pleasure to do business with.
