  Our experience with this baseball club has been nothing short of frustrating. The coaching staff is inconsistent, unprofessional, and lacks respect for both players and parents. Communication is terrible, messages go unanswered, and when concerns are brought up, they’re met with attitude instead of accountability. The coaches are frequently late yet expect players to show up early and wait around with no explanation or apology. It’s a constant double standard that teaches the wrong message about responsibility and respect. Even worse, some coaches speak down to players, creating an environment that feels discouraging rather than developmental. For a program that claims to build young athletes’ skills and character, this club completely misses the mark. There are far better options out there that actually value consistency, communication, and positive coaching. Save your time, money, and sanity, look elsewhere!

  Staff was not friendly or accommodating. Would not adjust the ball delivery device for our 10 yr old son. We were told that after we paid our fee, it was our responsibility to pick up all the balls used after we were done. Oh, and by the way, there were over 2 dozen balls out on the floor of the cage before we started...selective instructions to users, I guess, because the previous user did not pick up their balls! AND all the while staff sat back on their chairs not paying attention to the one and only client in their facility!
