Great facility with a phenomenal workout area as well. The cleanest facility in Vegas, plenty of cages and always greeted when my Son and I walk in. Highly recommend making the drive no matter what side of town you're on. Hope they open one in/near Summerlin one day -HINT!! 🙏🏼

Just in the last 2 times we used these cages we have had issues on both occasions. First time we were ripped off and charged too much. When we confronted the staff they said the price online is incorrect and what he told us is the correct amount. We asked to see the new rates posted. He couldn't give us anything. He was very rude for no reason. Second time I reserved 2 cages for baseball teams to practice when we got there we were told only 1 cage was reserved. I told him there must be a misunderstanding because the guy on the phone confirmed 2 cages. The staff member was extremely rude, very entitled, didn't have any sympathy at all that they made a mistake and didnt attempt to make any accommodations. He said there's nothing he could do because they are fully booked. We practiced in our 1 cage but the lane next to us was not being used at least for 40 mins. The least they could've done as they made the MISTAKE was put us in the unused cage for 30/40 mins as a courtesy. Ownership needs training for their employees. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! and have HONEST employees for the gentleman that pocketed money from us by over charging us.

It is such a great cage area. The cages are always clean. The people are nice. And it's a good way for the softball community and the baseball to come together! Update: it still is the same standards as before, has not changed one bit.
