I grew up going to many indoor facilities and this one is one of the best. I love how bright and open it is. There is plenty of space to train all aspects of baseball and softball. They even have a strength and conditioning room.

My son attended their Winter Baseball Camp and absolutely loved it! He got the opportunity to practice with college baseball players, and work on his fundamentals. The staff at 402TC were super friendly and communicative to me, which really helped me feel comfortable sending him somewhere new. All around wonderful experience! Highly recommend 402TC!

Nice facility but it’s small and can be very overwhelming with soccer and baseball going on. Definitely a place to be careful walking through with little kids as it’s very easy to get hit with a ball through the nets. Not a lot of seating for viewing, but works for off season practice.

Called last week to set my son up with some time in a batting cage. I’m just a Mom doing my best to get my son some practice and don’t know a lot about these facilities. Strike zone has been so helpful but my sister said 4 seams was way bigger and a bit closer for us so I thought I’d try it. Phone rang and rang and finally some kid answered and said we could get in for 30 minutes but mentioned they were short staffed while asking him questions. Showed up Monday-nobody at the desk to help us. Never been there before so had to walk around for 10 minutes trying to find someone. Asked another Mom if someone was working and she said “I couldn’t find anyone so I just grabbed a bucket of balls and started feeding this machine.” Finally found a guy that said he was kind of just helping out. He told us we were scheduled to hit off of a tee. This confused me because I thought I was coming for my son to hit balls coming out of a pitching machine. He said there might be a pitching machine but he couldn’t show me how to work it because he was busy and told me a few tips of how to work and it said it was down at the end (wherever that is). Then he said never mind that wasn’t working or wasn’t available after all. I was very confused, and just said never mind and walked out, and went to the strike zone. They had 4 people at their desk that were able and eager to help me. It’s a shame such a huge nice facility but nobody there to help a Mom trying to get her son going with some practice. Hopefully you guys can find some more help!
