Stopped by for the first time today and was really impressed. Mike, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and showed me around the space. I took some swings on one of the four pitching machines and loved the setup. I’m excited to bring my boys here for all kinds of baseball training - and looking forward to getting in some swings as well. Fantastic addition to Waxhaw!

Waxhaw Woodshed Batting Cages is an absolute gem! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, and the staff truly care about the kids and their development. The cages are top-notch, and the coaching support makes a real difference. It’s a fun, positive environment where players can build confidence and skills. Highly recommend for athletes of all levels! Both of my boys have gotten so much out of it being so close and convenient to school.

I stopped in yesterday and I’m excited about coming back for both individual and team practices. Mike is a great guy who really knows baseball and has a passion for helping others achieve their goals. They have 4 batting cages and the ability to open up for larger fielding drills and so much more!

We love the woodshed! The owner is great and always so helpful. We were doing lessons weekly here and now gifting my son a membership for Christmas! We look forward to spending many afternoons here.
