The batting cage I recently visited is an absolute haven for baseball and softball enthusiasts. This facility offers an outstanding opportunity to practice and perfect your swing, making it a favorite spot for athletes of all skill levels. The batting cages are impressively well-maintained, with sturdy netting and top-quality pitching machines. They cater to various skill levels, providing a range of pitch speeds and styles to accommodate both beginners and seasoned players. This versatility ensures that whether you're working on your stance or honing your power hitting, you'll find the right challenge. The facility is spacious and clean, creating a comfortable and safe environment for practicing. It's also well-lit, making it suitable for evening training sessions. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, ready to assist with setting up the machines, offering helpful tips on batting techniques, and ensuring that your visit is as productive as possible. They create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages a sense of camaraderie among fellow players. Whether you're an aspiring athlete looking to improve your game or simply seeking a fun and engaging pastime, the batting cage is an excellent choice. It provides a platform to refine your skills, relieve stress, and enjoy some quality time with friends. I highly recommend this facility for any baseball or softball enthusiast.

They have a pro battery machine which is cool, but when their baseballs are extremely worn out and seams are coming out, you get less than 20% strikes. At $25 for 15 minutes, they could at least provide better balls. Also, my timer had just over 11 minutes when they said 15 minutes were up so watch your time and dont trust their clock.

I had a great experience initially getting lessons for my daughter, which led me to purchase a 3-month pass during their Black Friday sale at the end of November. However, I was very disappointed to discover in June that I had been charged monthly well beyond the 3-month period I signed up for. When I called to ask about the ongoing charges, I was told they would not offer any refund—even though their records clearly showed I hadn’t used the facility at all since February. They pointed to small print on the original offer stating that I had to cancel the pass manually, which was not made clear at the time of purchase. While the instruction itself was great, the lack of transparency around the pass terms and the unwillingness to make it right left a really sour taste. I hope they consider updating their policies and communication so others don’t have the same experience.

The people at Diamonds and Aces are wonderful. We recently had a dilemma with a catchers mitt that had the web laces break during practice and had the conference championship game two days later. I called Diamonds and Aces and Dan went above and beyond to get the laces fixed and back to us in time for the game! The sweet young lady that was there when we took the glove in was wonderful as well and they did a great job on the laces.
