  We've generally had good experiences at DBat, but I did have a recent complaint regarding timeliness of opening based on the posted hours. The regional manager, Luke Strickland, has gone above and beyond to address my concerns. The culture of their leadership and a new general manager are going to keep people coming back.

  D-Bat of Indian Trail is an outstanding venue for our son to not only get in great batting practice, but to also receive exceptional training! As soon as you walk in, Manager Ryan and his staff at the front desk are super friendly and welcoming! They are always quick to help and accommodating with meeting all of our booking cage requests and baseball needs! From the beginning Coach Lenny helped our son get into the mind game of baseball, gave our son a huge confidence boost, and taught him to shake off the disappointments! Then Coach Lenny evaluated our son’s skill level and needs and connected us with Pro Coach Cabeara! Coach Cabeara’s amazing talent and genuine care for our son has been so important in building our son’s baseball skills, confidence, and mindset for the game! Our son loves this place! They treat him as they are all on the same team! He asks every day if he can go to D-Bat! D-Bat of Indian Trail is hands down the best place to practice, take lessons, and connect with professionals in the field of baseball and softball!

  Came to use the cages while our daughter was home for Christmas break. Front desk, Andrew was very helpful and informative. The facility is very clean.
