  I highly recommend Trifecta for a sports lover’s birthday party! Eric was incredible with a bunch of 8 year olds. He kept them engaged and active the entire 90 minutes. He made the whole process very easy as a parent. The kids had the best time and my son is obsessed with the gloves Eric gifted him!

  Can’t say enough great things about Trifecta. My youngest has been in baseball training for 18mo with Trey Hathaway, and he has developed and refined his skills so much in that time. We went from very little throwing accuracy to being very targeted in his delivery, and smoothing out his swing to be so very consistent. Trey is super knowledgeable, encourages the kiddos, but also works respectfully to get the best out of the kids. Trey’s function in my child’s baseball development cannot be understated - Trey’s a big reason he’s made so much progress. He also led my kid’s birthday party last fall that was hosted at Trifecta! Additionally, my oldest and I train with Jemaydi in private training, and I take group classes with Jemaydi and EJ in the mornings. My oldest is a teen, looking to just learn good habits in the gym, and Jemaydi pushes us to be the best we can, without hurting ourselves. He doesn’t let us cut corners, and knows how to motivate us both while my kid sometimes whines lol. I’m a big fan of Trifecta!

  Trifecta has truly helped my son with his pitching, hitting, and general athleticism. They have been on the ball (pun intended) with all communication, and they have been quick with any responses to questions and concerns. I cannot recommend EJ and his staff enough.

  We just had my son’s 8th birthday party at Trifecta Athletics with Eric and it was awesome! He did a fantastic job keeping the kids engaged and having fun while also keeping control. I received several compliments from the kids that attended about how much fun they had! He also gave my son some pretty awesome football gloves as a gift at the end and my sports obsessed son was on cloud nine. Highly recommend a party here!
