  This was an amazing experience. I'm an older guy (50's) who just got back into baseball thanks to the Carolina Sandlot Collective (which I also highly recommend). I've always struggled to hit to the opposite field and in 30 minutes, Derrick had me driving the ball the opposite way. There's still work to do on my swing and muscle memory to build, but he was super-patient and identified my issues really quickly. Not only that, but he described them in a way I could use to adjust. It was physically exhausting, but in the best possible way. Whether you really want to enhance your swing, or would just enjoy thinking it through and taking some reps, you should absolutely give Athletic Advantage a shot!

  Thrilled to have The Cage @ Athletic Advantage in North Chatham County. My son loves coming to the Cage for indoor practice with the Orange County Crushers.   Derrick provides excellent coaching! His feedback is clear and concise for players of all ages. He spends the entirety of the lesson focused on the player, has a clear skill development plan and communicates the goals and successes.
