  My son attended the Diamond Mine Winter Camp this year and walked away with more confidence and enthusiasm going into the spring season. Darin and the coaching staff are top notch and have a wealth of experience from fundamentals to the more technical aspects of the game. They kept the players engaged and wasted no time between drills. I'd highly recommend checking them out even if its dropping by the batting cages for an afternoon of signing up for some one on one coaching. Great people all around.

  Diamond Mine Baseball and Softball Training Center has been an outstanding home for my son’s development. From his very first session, the coaches stood out—Coach Chaplain is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping him improve. They tailor every lesson to his goals, break down mechanics in clear terms, and mix drills that build both fundamentals and confidence. I especially appreciate the emphasis on proper technique, situational awareness, and sportsmanship. We have a 10-year-old who is growing in confidence as well as ability, which is all a parent can ask for.

  This is my son's 2nd year at Diamond Mine Winter Baseball Camp. It is a perfect way for him to transfer from basketball to baseball! The coaches are very knowageable and willing to help the kids with form and motivation. Highly recommend!!!

  We brought our son to Diamond Mine for private pitching and hitting lessons with Coach Darin this year, and the results speak for themselves. In just 10 weeks, our son went from having very little knowledge of pitching mechanics to improving his pitching speed significantly, all while learning to execute with proper form and technique. We’ve seen the same dramatic improvements from the 8 week hitting lessons as well! Coach Darin puts 100% of his effort and focus into each individualized session. He takes the time to truly get to know your child, not just as a player, but as a person, and tailors his coaching approach accordingly (if/when necessary) without ever settling for less than what he knows they’re capable of. He sets the right expectations and consistently challenges them to grow, both in skill and mindset. Coach Darin is not only a wealth of knowledge but also an incredible mentor who teaches athletes how to show up for themselves and their team. We can’t recommend him and Diamond Mine enough!
