  We’ve had repeated issues with communication and scheduling at Big League Training, and unfortunately it has reached the point where I can’t recommend them. Over a month ago, we scheduled lessons and cage time around their new location opening. We confirmed in advance with Evan that the new location would be ready. When we arrived, it turned out to still be the old location. We then rushed across town, only to find that our reserved instructor time had somehow been double-booked. Today was the final straw. Again, I confirmed with Evan that our hitting lesson was still happening despite the weather. We showed up on time, waited over 30 minutes, and the instructor never arrived. No call. No message. No explanation. Things happen, but this has been a consistent pattern of miscommunication, poor scheduling, and lack of basic professionalism. For a business working with families who plan their schedules around these sessions, this level of disorganization is unacceptable.

  I HAVE ASKED THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY TO REMOVE ALL PHOTOS OF MY CHILDREN FROM WEBSITE AND ANY ADVERTISING AND THEY CONITINUE TO USE THEIR PHOTOS. This is a horrible company! Do not waste your money on their products! What kind of weirdo keeps putting children’s pictures up after the parents have revoked permission!!!! Be careful parents!

  Great instruction by knowledgeable staff. My son works with Taylor Sugg in pitching and has grown a lot in a few months. Sugg is able to translate high level aspects of the game to a 13yo. The confidence given is immense as the instruction is practical and applicable. Great facility. Easy to schedule. Everyone in the Org is nice and helpful.
