  My son has played with Inside Edge going on 4 years now. It has always been evident from my interactions with owner Todd Clausen and the coaching staff at I.E. that they truly care about the growth and development of the young ball players in their system (which, as a parent, I found to be a welcome relief from those coaches out there that would rather recruit 'top talent' than actually coach/instruct/develop top talent). Fundamentals, work effort, and attitude are heavily stressed...and the well-being of the kids is always taken into account. The partnership with Boost Sports Performance is a welcome addition. If you are a parent of a young player looking for a competitive baseball program to join, I highly recommend Inside Edge.

  My son wanted to play fall baseball so we started looking into tryouts and inside edge was one of the ones we attended. They charge for their tryouts which the others did not. I understand this as they have to rent the fields. Their tryout was the least organized of the ones we attended and they had a hard time even putting kids in the correct age group. The most disappointing thing is that we never heard from them after the tryout and in talking to other parents, they didn't either. All of the coaches from the other tryouts we attended were kind enough to call to let us know if we made the team and tell us what he needed to work on.

  My kids have played for IE for years. Great baseball club with great coaches that care about the kids.
