Adam (and his other pitching instructors) are incredible. They are currently working with my son post UCL repair and take great care/time over his workouts. Ensuring that he is following their recovery plan and learning better mechanics as he goes. He has thrown with them for years and it has always been consistently excellent. I can't stress Adam and his program enough for younger kids and those looking to take it to the next level. His program is top notch.
