  I have taken 2 of my daughters here, 1 that still attends pitching lessons with Sara. As a coach from 10U through HS level, when a parent asks me for places they should take their daughter for extra training and lessons, I always recommend Strike Zone. I have seen the impact that have had with players, including our varsity pitcher that's committed to the U of MN. If your daughter or player is wanting additional training especially on a 1:1 level, this is who I recommend.

  Strike Zone is not your normal sport complex. You will find the perfect place full of mentors, strong confident women that will build a relationship with your daughter for her entire life. My daughter found encouragement , friendship, respect, challenges and the confidence to trust the process. She has been seeing Sara for pitching training since 2019 when time is up to end the one hour training my daughter wants to keep going. That is what Sara does, she inspires my daughter to be better. Sam provided my daughter the tools she needed to be a powerful hitter. Savanah taught my daughter a new way to pitch and in the process she was easy to talk to and easy to understand what she was expecting from her. Strike zone is not your usual spot. It is a safe place with no judgement… a second home for a lot of girls.

  I honestly can't find the words to describe how phenomenal Sam Macken’s batting instruction has been for my daughter. Sam not only focuses on the mechanics but also connects with the girls on a personal level, making each session enjoyable and engaging. Initially, she had sessions every other week, but my daughter has enjoyed her time with Sam so much that she now attends weekly, and the results have been nothing short of remarkable. The improvement in her skills and confidence has been amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with Sam’s incredible coaching!

  Savannah has been amazing. So patient with my girl who is a brand new pitcher. Also showed me what to look for when we're practicing at home. Honestly it's worth our 3.5hr drive. My daughter is so happy she is getting the chance to learn to pitch from the best!!
