  I went with 2 additional people. We had fun. We did softball batting practice. People that work there were very pleasant. I look forward to going again. The only downfall was you can't go alone. You need someone with you to load the ball machine but that also a plus because then you don't do it alone.

  Me and my son went today for the first time to try out the batting cages. We loved it and will definitely be back. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and would recommend The Dugout to family and friends.

  I was at the batting cage with my grandson on Sunday 5pm just before closing and we spent almost an hour with inconsistent performance from the machine that feeds the balls. This was happening in all 3 cages. The light was yellow but the balls would trickle out very slow. I asked for assistance but the young man working upfront but couldn't assist...out of the scope of his talent and it was just about quitting time so he wasn't about to go in there and feed the balls to the feeder. I would recommend the manager get these machines serviced as quite a few dollars was wasted on Sunday and my 6 year old grandson was not very happy. Lastly, I asked to be called by the manager as I was leaving so hopefully this happens very soon.
