  There are a few excellent coaches at RBI --however, the program is not managed properly. We had an issue with the inappropriate and unacceptable behavior of a coach for an older Hawk team my son was on, at a tournament --this was my son's second year playing for the RBI Hawks and fifth year as an RBI member. A majority of the team brought their issues to management via phone calls and emails. We were called in and the Foxboro RBI Director questioned our (the parents) loyalty to the program. They kept the coach and punished several players. Management indicated they were especially displeased with tweets that went out that they could not control --so that was their major concern about the incident not the fact that they that they should have been removing, retraining or disciplining the coach. Loyalty is earned not given.
