We were here for the 2025 Marucci World Series. Visited the store to see what it was all about and purchased some T-shirts as souvenirs. Best part of the trip was my son meeting and getting a picture with The Juco King outside the store. Big shout out to Marucci for putting on a great event.

We went to the hitter house March 23rd. We are from out of state and were in town for the Perfect Game Louisiana Super Regional. We walked in asking to use a tunnel. The 2 young attendants said they had 2 machines down and for me to try Dbat. After telling him we had just left from there he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. He then told me they were booked and had a team coming in that rented a tunnel for an hour and someone rented a secondary tunnel for 30 minutes. I asked what the team name was for the hour. He said he didn’t know and gave me a blank stare. I said, well, can you look it up in your reservation system he said no it doesn’t work that way. Fast forward our assistant coach comes in and said we rented the tunnel for an hour. The front desk person springs into action being extremely polite to him and even working with him when he asked if they could start early. I asked him how did you know that was the team who rented the tunnel for a hour…his response was, I don’t. I then say, so I could have said I was the coach and you would have said ok. He said yes…that is the silliest thing I’ve ever heard. This is where I get upset. I asked why wouldn’t you go above and beyond to help me the way you helped him. He started to say he did, which in his defense he did offer for me to go to DBat. It was extremely apparent what was going on and when I told him that he started to get a smirk on his face. I’ve never been treated that way and will never go back to this location. Those guys were there to punch a clock and watch basketball on the tv that was at the counter. As you can see, the place was no where near packed. Very disappointed in the way my son and I were treated.

Great spot, helpful guidance from staff, technology surpasses expectations, well maintained. Consumables could be in better shape - broken, busted bats common to see. Restroom area was abismal though expected.

My son loves Hitter House and all the gear. We can spend hours at the cage using the Hit Trax. Clean and staff is friendly and helpful
