It's always a good time if all the machines are working properly. Only thing I would change is the air conditioning. It's always hot and muggy in their. Overall still a good time

Been coming here many years with my grandsons! Love this place, yes the bathrooms may not work, porta potty is better than nothing. Great place to practice the game you love. Very respectable staff who will work around the stuff they can’t control. People will complain about anything so over look many of the reviews of people not getting there way, that’s just life. Never once in 15-20 years had a problem with any of the machines, lanes or staff! Great place!

I have always loved this facility, and I'm sad to write such a poor review. Unfortunately, today was our final trip to these cages. The last time we went a few months ago, it was clear things had gone downhill but today was just too much. Upon entering, we were told all machines were down except the slow pitch softball. Less than ideal, but since we drove almost an hour to get there I figured my fast pitch player could at least work on bunting. We were then told the machine wasn't accepting tokens so just throw a thumbs up for each round. Okay, I can work with that. We waited while the person in front of us batted for six (6) rounds without offering to change out, and then were told the machine had turned off and wouldn't come back on. So, hour drive up, 30 minutes of waiting and still unable to bat. Oh, and did I mention the bathrooms were supposedly out of order and when I asked I was told, "There's a porta potty outside." I'm sad that this facility has been allowed to get so run down as it was such a nice addition to the southend community many years ago.
