We love sending our son there for lessons. He has been going there for 4 years and loves. Matt Wilson and his staff are pretty awesome. I would recommend it to anyone.

If I could leave 1/2 a star, that would be appropriate. So unbelievably disappointed with this business! We reserved a cage for my 6 yr old daughter. After I paid $20 (for 30 mins, which is outrageous for a 6 yr old, but we paid it). Then we were told the pitching machine was broken! Ok, well then I want a refund and was told the staff was "ineligible" to give refunds because he was NOT the owner! We asked repeatedly for a $20 bill they refused and told us we would have to contact someone next week to discuss a refund. This whole horrible experience took over 20 minutes and we left with NOTHING. My 6 yr old left in tears and my patience was spent. There was ABSOLUTELY no reason for this to be a difficult situation. The worst customer service on the planet. And all of this could have been avoided with a cash refund.

Took my 7 yo boys today. Neither have ever hit a baseball but they had a BLAST! We all did. Sabrina at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We spent about a half hour and really worked up a sweat. They have Powerade, water and drinks for sale at a reasonable price too. The kids are already asking to go again. Kinda hot as there is no ac. A few more large fans going would be the only suggestion I would make. We will go again!

Our kids have a great time here. The equipment is great and Tommy is awesome. He makes everyone feel welcome
