  This training has been so great for both of my kids! Both have grown so much here—not just in athleticism, but also in confidence and mindset. The workouts are fun and challenging, with a strong focus on proper mechanics and foundational skills that directly translate to their sports. It’s been incredible to watch their progress. On top of that, the adult classes are a huge bonus—it’s awesome to be able to get in a great workout myself while they train. Highly recommend for families looking to level up together!

  My 10 year old goes for the rookie performance training sessions and I have seen an improvement in his form and coordination after just a few weeks. The staff is pretty good about correcting the kids when they see mistakes in their form and they do so in a way that the kids don't feel discouraged. The work they put in is hard and my son comes out drenched in sweat every time, but for me that is what we signed up for.

  Has definitely helped my 12-yr old with overall fitness goals and helped him get faster. He likes the trainers and its a great workout.

  My son is 11. It's a place that he can challenge himself in a safe environment. Coaches/trainers are very encouraging.
