  My 11 year old has been going for a couple of months now. His coach (Cameron) has been great at working on the proper mechanics and general arm health/maintenance. I'm excited to see how it translates with the spring season around the corner. The facilities are great and having some older kids there working on their game (separately) has helped my son take his preparation more serious. Having them to look up to has made his attitude towards his approach more of a focus. So far we've been very happy with how it's gone.

  The program has been a great benefit for my son who has attended training sessions now for just over a year. Tremendous coaches focused on fundamentals and development. Technology tracks progress toward established goals. Great opportunity for youth pitchers.

  My 10 year-old started training with Cam last Fall on a weekly basis. It's obvious he's using his body more efficiently now, and he's throwing about 8 MPH faster than he was last Fall. He's learning proper arm care and he's learning the mental side of how to be a pitcher as opposed to a thrower. I'm excited to see how it translates to the field for him this Spring.

  This is by far the best facility in Lexington for a youth player to develop their mechanics, gain confidence and understand the importance of arm care. The facility is top notch and Cam does a great job of tailoring his approach for each athlete.
