Reached out a month or so ago, interested in getting my daughter started in pitching lessons. But the lack of communication or better yet theres no communication what’s so ever.

We were interested in lessons at Rakers and walked in one day hoping to learn more. No one greeted us or offered assistance, though we understand they were in the middle of lessons and there didn't seem to be a front desk. After that, we left several phone messages and reached out multiple times through Facebook. They did reply once after a few days, but then stopped responding entirely. It's disappointing because we were eager to enroll, but the lack of communication and support made it hard to move forward. We can't speak to the quality of the coaching, but our experience trying to get in touch was frustrating.
