  Customer service was incredible! My daughter hurt her hand at the batting cages and the young guy working the desk was kind and got her some ice. Only issue was that the batying cage with the middle speed for softball was out of order. Thats the only reason for one star missing.

  The new dome makes the area much brighter, and the skylight is a neat feature. Additional bathrooms are a welcome bonus! I'm excited for the remodel to be complete, I hope they upgrade the small dome side and the parking areas, too. Alchohol sales were a welcome addition for softball parents last weekend too.

  Love that we can go to the batting cages close to the house, but the fast softball machine is all over the place and the lighting needs to be better.

  Great space for indoor softball. Less balls hit off roof/dome. Clean bathrooms and a decent concession stand. However, it’s pretty cold inside during the winter. Keep your winter coat on! Get to Field 2 early for the only seats on 1st base line. The parking lot is poorly lit at night or early in the morning. Just be prepared, but still a good facility for indoor softball.
