I previously gave this facility a five star rating. However, after a recent visit I must amend my review. This is a batting cage facility and a baseball training facility. We were there for the batting cages and disappointedly I must say the batting cages are in horrible condition. First of all the pitching machines pitch all over the place even out of the strike zone. One pitch could be a strike and the next pitch could be in the dirt. In addition the turf in the right handed batters box has worn away and it's been replaced by two rubber mats. When you hit the rubber mats slide forward making a hitting workout impossible. In the current condition of the cages I would rate the cages as a one star. DBAT is a franchise model and the problem I see here is that I never see the owner in the facility. Every time I'm there teenagers are running the business. The teenagers are very knowledgeable and helpful but they are not the owners and they cannot make decisions like properly repairing the floors in the right handed batting cage. I am amending my rating of this facility to a one star. The problems can be easily solved by an owner who cares and gets involved the business. If the negatives are fixed I would happily amend my review.

First this is long over due. My son and I have been coming here for about 5 years now and have never had a negative experience. We've been there when it's been packed and when it's been slow. No matter how busy the staff has been kind and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the game and the pro shop has a great collection of gear. Garrett has always been understanding of my two account situation(multiple homes) and has gone above and beyond to help when payments have gotten mixed up. My son has been to different training facilities, but D-Bat by far has been the best. The training staff by far is knowledgeable about the game and is realistic with my son on his ability and what he needs to do to reach his goal. My son is neurodivergent and the coaching staff has been amazing with him. Tailoring the seasons to his mind while still working on fundamentals and growth.

Place is decent to get some hits in, but the biggest problem is how small and spacial the place is. In total, there’s 4 cages. There are only 2 cages that allow both baseball and softball, only allowing baseball hitters 2 machines and having to wait your turn for some time. However, there is 3rd machine that tracks your EV, Pitch speed, and all that, but it requires 2 credits, delay time in pitching, and most of the time shut down. Another big problem are the bathrooms not having any source of cleanliness and terrible smelling scent. It doesn’t cost a lot to put a urinal scent or even allow a spray. Workers should do more than just sitting at counter on their phone.
