  I have been looking for a place to sharpen my sons baseball skills and I’m glad I found this place. Martin was very helpful and explained the different techniques to help his hitting improve. With the hour lesson he received it definitely improved and he also had a great time learning. Sometimes my son feels defeated at practices but Martin made him feel comfortable with making mistakes and letting him know it’s a learning process. My son is excited to return for weekly sessions.

  We just started working with the expert team at 312 Baseball Lab, and I am beyond impressed with the level of professionalism every coach brings to the table. Working with kids of all ages and skill levels, the coaches truly meet each player where they are and focus on specific skills to help them improve over time. They explain each drill in clear detail, pause to provide feedback and make adjustments when needed, and keep the kids motivated every step of the way. As a mother of two boys, what I’ve loved most is the genuine connection my kids have already made with their coach after just a few sessions. They are excited, engaged, and genuinely look forward to their next session!   312 baseball lab is hands down the best baseball player development program in Chicago. Coach Martin, Coach Zack, Coach AJ, Coach Kevin, have created an incredible environment for kids to grow, learn and thrive in the baseball development. The lab welcomes all and creates a culture of family and respect between their teammates, coaches and parents. My kid wears her 312 uniform w pride.
