Friendly staff, range of different pitching speeds per cage, good price. Facility is older, but I don’t mind because I’m there to hit some balls, and the pitching machines work great.

Terrible experience. Their assistant manager yelled at my boys back to back over them not being allowed to use baseballs and a net that was there. Her staff told my son they could play there as they didn’t have further bookings that evening. After she yelled at them the first time; I went to the front and paid for two rounds. She came and yelled at them again. I stopped her, she went as far as telling us we should learn how to read and rolled her eyes as I told two older gentleman near the counter what happened. A older gentleman kept watching us for a few minutes after I told him what had occurred. As we left another gentleman said he apologized for “our interpretation of the occurrences” and that he “had not been there” so he didn’t know exactly what happened. I say to the owners as a business owner myself. Be clear on instructions and teach your staff minimal respectful manners. I live over an hour away and came to visit family. Spent nearly $50 which is not much.. and would have paid more if I had been instructed of any fees that needed to be paid. No courtesy on a refund offer, no true apology. Complete intimidation to my boys by a yelling assistant manager. Gentleman said everyone has bad days.. I say, there’s no flex use to mistreat nor disrespect anyone. Take accountability for your poorly trained staff. Place looks completely ran down.

We have been going to Cherokee Batting Range for the last 7 months pretty consistently and they are amazing!!! We have tried other batting ranges and the newer cages but the machines are not comparable to the ones here! The machines are always up and running and pitch consistent pitches. From Elizabeth’s warm welcome to the amazing coaching we have done with Coach Bob we could not be happier! If you are looking for a place to get warmed up for a game, definitely stop here!!!

I have been coming here for years with my son or with multiple of the teams that I have coached in the past. The biggest thing they focus on is making baseball affordable. Thats a welcome change versus other training facilities in the area. My son has taken lessons from Coach Bob for 6 years now and I have seen him grow from a lower end player to a very solid player. The staff is friendly and will help when I have to juggle my other kids during lessons. The machines are nice because they simulate real pitchers arm mechanics. Its great to work on timing. Its also great to rent their pitching lanes or fielding area's. There is a lot of room to work on a variety of drills or just working on pitching.
