Theo is the absolute best! The definition of a true coach. Theo puts his heart and everything that he does. This location is clean and very organized. They sell batting equipment and have a nice staff.

There are only three pitching machines. If you get here when it’s empty, you’ll be fine. Otherwise, it’s hard to get in. You’re supposed to rotate after two rounds to allow other batters to get some reps, but that doesn’t happen consistently and the staff are not around to supervise. 15 pitches per round and the machine holds a total of 45ish and you have to clean up the balls between intervals. Other batting cages have 100-200 load capacity which allows for more reps before switching. I do like the option to switch from fastballs to curveballs. You can even change the height of pitches during rounds. They do offer batting cages for tee work and live pitch, plus the bullpen. But the bullpen have three mounds next to each other with no net separation. Overall, you could get some work in if you come at the right time. But I do think there are better options out there.

The AC in the main hitting area has been broken for almost two months now. I saw it reach as high as 93 and this was at 7pm one night. See picture of their thermostat. The owner won’t even purchase a full size fan to help cool the area. I watched a young kid almost pass out during a workout. I’ve been going here almost a year for lessons and the coaching staff is great. The owners being cheap and dragging their feet on AC repairs is disappointing but not unexpected from what I’ve heard.

Ensure you check your credit card often. As you have membership, they have your card so they just charge without informing you first. I have bad experiences twice. The first time, I bought a bottle of water and a young lady charged me a bottle of water and a cost of a lesson without telling me. My card was set to send me a text each time it was wipe so I know right away. I asked and she said she forgot to charge me my lesson so as she has my card, she added in the lesson but don’t bother informing me. I told her the first lesson was free and got manager involved and resolved. The 2nd time, my kid showed up for lesson. Even before lesson started, another lady charges the full price right away. I asked why my credit was not applied instead of charging full amount, she checked and apologized but not able to reverse back. Check your balance…. It is your money so they easily charge without telling you.
