Micheal and his team go above and beyond! From knowledgeable guidance and low pressure tactics to the simulated cages to the custom FREE engraving the experience was top notch! We drove two hours and spent more than that in store. My son left happy and confident and I left impressed. We will be back very soon! Thanks again Buice!

The best in store customer service experience in modern times. I couldn't be more impressed with the whole staff and the store itself. My 11 year old has followed them on YouTube for the past year-we stopped by on our way home from vacation, and they went above and beyond to make my son feel welcomed and just as included in the whole experience. From the staff to the inventory to the facility itself, I give a full 1000% endorsement

First time in Atlanta and was told we needed to go there. Absolutely amazing place and amazing staff. Walked in and seen they repair gloves, asked the gentleman if he could repair my sons A2k and did it on the spot and done within 30mins. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommended stopping here for all your baseball and softball needs!

I absolutely have to brag on Dimitrius (Sales) and Jocobby (Manager) who I had the pleasure to meet today. It was my first visit in the store and I was immediately greeted by Dimitrius who was so helpful to listen to what I needed (I'm a new baseball mom of a 6 yo) and we need a bat upgrade. He showed me all the options and explained in plain English the coach lingo that had been given to me. They both went above and beyond to make me feel like an important customer and ensure that my son got exactly what we needed. They were not pushy - they were helpful AND mostly they were KIND. I would a MILLION percent recommend them. We ended up with a Veritas Vibe 27/17 -10 USSSA Alloy. We will be back - and they have a loyalty program too!!
