  I booked 3 lessons to see if this was a good fit for us. First lesson, got a text 2 hours before that it would be cancelled because the instructor was not available. We rescheduled for another day. My son loved the coach and it was great, so we booked 2 more session. I got a text the morning of our 2nd session that both of our 2nd and 3rd session needed to be cancelled because of availability issues. I rearranged my work schedule to plan these coaching sessions that never happened. We have since gone elsewhere. I tried to call to complain, but no one answers the phone.

  After having lessons cancelled 3 different times within an hour of the lesson, zero response to phone calls, zero response to text messages I have given up. Jarrett may or may not have a good program. But he definitely has zero courtesy to his CUSTOMER. 3 times I have been in the car sitting in traffic when I get the text stating he is cancelling. Horrible! Not only have I rescheduled calls and appointments around these times, my son has missed the opportunity for any training. All I can say is don't expect much.

  We love Jarrett and everything he stands for. If you want to put your kid in front of trainers who have their priorities in order consider smartense.
