  Absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere! We were treated with kindness from the moment we walked in. Thank you for allowing my little to enjoy his birthday even with only 45 mins remaining before close. We will be back very soon.

  I returned to this facility after four years and was very disappointed with the experience. Two of the three batting cages were completely out of order, and the employee at the front counter simply stated, “It doesn’t work, sorry,” without offering any alternative or solution. The only functioning cage was limited to softballs. When we arrived, the facility was empty, so we proceeded to use the cages for underhand toss. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty appeared indifferent to customer satisfaction, which is a noticeable decline from the service I experienced here in the past. But I guess the 5 free credits I got were helpful! Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in the decline in both the equipment and customer service, and I will likely not return.

  This place care about the players, there always staff around , Bernardo is very knowledgeable and professional. My son has progressed and love going to D-BAT.

  1st of all, the staff is AMAZING! 1st time here, and the guy in charge, was so Great! Clean, easy to use and Great environment! Definitely, got a frequent client here!
