  I scheduled an evaluation online. We came into the facility and all was going great. And then we sat down and did a video conference with someone who broke down video and explained how they work. That's when things went from good to bad! The short evaluation was great, 5 out of 5. The trainer on site was amazing, 5 out of 5. We then went into the conference room and did a remote video conference with another person. We discussed how they do things, analyzed my son's video, and then in the last couple minutes the conversation went from a supportive and encouraging to contradicting and argumentative. He tells me that I told him things that I didn't tell him. I did not and would never advise you of me and my families personal schedule. Me having small talk with you for a few minutes does not fill you in on our complex schedule in any way at all. We had a few more back and forths and he continued to say things that simply did not make me feel very good about the situation. So I abruptly finished the conversation by saying "I am going to go continue talking to the nice gentleman in the cage now" and then I went and thanked the on site trainer and gave him my number so someone could follow up with me. All in all the entire thing was not that big of a deal. But I definitely don't want to give such a large amount of money to a company that doesn't make me feel welcome and comfortable. So as far as the actual training I can't review but it does appear they do a great job at this facility. And the guy on site at this location was great and appeared to work great with the kids there. Just for reference, our experience with baseball training has been limited to a couple travel teams, a few individual trainers/former pros, and then two training facilities... We have trained at Cressey Performance and they didn't sell us even the slightest. We discussed options, worked out our schedule over several days and then purchased lessons a few days after that. And we currently train at TBT and it was essentially the same. We went in for an evaluation, received information about their training packages and then worked out our schedule and purchased the package several weeks later. They did not pressure us at all in any way either and let us figure out our schedule and get back to them on our own time. That was earlier this year and we are still training at TBT and playing for one of their teams. We had every hope and intention to do the exact same thing at Gradum. If they would have simply said "sounds good" when I told him that I have to discuss everything and go over our schedule then all would have ended up perfect for everyone. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Quick update, I have over 80 reviews in my 10+ years writing reviews on Google Maps. Over 85% of my reviews are 5 star reviews.

  Wow, I wish I could give them more stars. My sons were batting literally 0 balls at there first two games I knew I needed to get them some technical help. Im blown away at how much they have improved since starting here. I think they love coming to train here more than with their team lol. James is really good with kids, talks to them like little dudes, they really like him and he really knows his stuff, he's an excellent teacher. I was skeptical about the price at first but definitely worth every penny. So grateful I found Gradum.

  Great experience for Ignacio! We’ve seen so much growth and confidence in the way my son hits now. Coach James is incredible, attentive to every detail, knows exactly how to work with kids, and teaches proper techniques in a fun and interactive way. It has been a wonderful experience, and we hope to be back soon! Thanks to the entire team!

  These guys are AWESOME! Extremely knowledgeable, you can tell they love what they do, they’re dedicated to the players, so patient with my kiddo (who’s 6yrs) and always professional but firm when they have to be. Very clean, supportive and fun environment. Love the 1:1 the kids get and the technology they use to show the players growth and/or where they need to put more focus. Highly recommend and worth the money! I only wish they had a place in Downtown Fort Lauderdale!! 😉 #GSWING4life!
