  Coach John has been a remarkable trainer for our son. John’s positive attitude and knowledge is exactly what he needed. His strength and improvement in his skating and conditioning is directly related to John’s training. John’s approach to training is unique as he teaches but also motivates his students to push harder to achieve their best - he connects very well. As parents, we really appreciate John’s discussions with us. He consistently keeps us informed on the goal of the training as well as how our son is doing . We highly recommend Coach John Bolling as a trainer and mentor.

  B3 didn’t disappoint. My daughter just finished PT for a meniscus tear and I was advised to strengthen her knee more before having her return to playing soccer. I found a bridge program at B3 that does just that! I met Jordan at B3 who professionally evaluated my daughter and came up with a 12 week plan for getting my daughter ready for the soccer field. It worked and she’s back playing! My daughter said the training was hard, but she seemed to really enjoy it. I highly recommend B3 for injury prevention and overall strength and fitness. As a bonus, everyone that works there is friendly and quick to lend a hand if needed.

  My daughter has been with B3 for 4 months now. The training staff has helped tremendously with her form when lifting and improving her endurance/agility. She has been enjoying her time there and appreciates that all the trainers push and encourage her to become better. My daughter recently had a three day volleyball tournament and I could definitely tell there’s been a big change in her endurance/agility. After 3 games in one day, she didn’t look tired at all. Also, her reaction time has improved. As a back row defender she was reacting much faster and was able to dig the ball consistently. I especially love how every coach is so approachable and always greet us when we walk in. I definitely recommend B3 for anyone looking to improve their athletic ability.

  Found this facility through our Pop Warner Football Coach's recommendation. B3 Better Sports Performance is worth every penny paid for!!😊💪🏼 Coaches in this facility is amazingly good and very professional in training every client young and old. I signed up my son to train and to enhance speed getting ready for his next football season. A few weeks in training and I can tell the difference with Shaun's attitude and training performance. Coaches are very patient and takes time teaching these kids the right forms for each training task given for kids to perform. Will definitely resign my kid for another month of training till our football season starts. ✊🏻 Keep up the great job B3!!!🙌🏼🤜🏽
