Absolutely ridiculous. We arrived BEFORE 8PM and were flat-out told our kids weren’t allowed to skate. Nowhere — and I mean NOWHERE — on your website does it say there’s a cutoff time or restriction like that. If you’re going to enforce random rules, at least have the decency to post them publicly. What makes this worse? This is the SECOND day we’ve tried to come, and this happened at TWO different sister locations. That’s not a misunderstanding — that’s a company-wide failure. Same poor communication. Same lack of transparency. Same wasted trip. Families don’t just magically appear at your door. We load up our kids, drive across town, spend gas money, and plan our evenings around this — only to be turned away for a policy that apparently only exists when you feel like enforcing it. Completely unprofessional. Completely disorganized. Do better.

I had a blast with my family and friends at the skate station yesterday!🛼 We went to Splitz and the little ones had so much fun learning to skate. Seeing their smiles while they wobbled around the rink was priceless. 🥰 The staff was very helpful and super friendly. A special shout out to Lenaya for making sure our little ones were taken care of 🌟. It was a perfect day filled with laughter, fun, and unforgettable memories. I can't wait to go back again soon!

Absolutely terrible. Everything is run down. Staff are rude and are more concerned with socializing with their friends. Way overpriced for what you get. We played one round of mini golf. It was nighttime and the course is so poorly lit that you couldn’t see parts of each hole or where your ball ended up. If it is going to be open at night for paying customers then it needs to be sufficiently lit both for game play and safety. The bricks lined around each hole were loose causing my daughter to fall and twist her ankle several times (I also fell when one slipped). Then as we were leaving my daughter used one of her quarters for a prize machine. The machine ate her quarter and the staff member couldn’t care less. (We did not have another quarter to use). We made the best of our time there, and we for sure will never return.

If I could leave no stars I would. Says nothing about adult nights on either locations web page. It was my son's birthday and because theyre not 18 they cant skate or anything at all even accompanied by us as our kids parents. This happened last night the actual day of his birthday as well at the orange park skate park. My son got to cry 2 nights in a row for his birthday. We will never be back. I left a message for management. No call back. No staff willing to help and showed a simple lack of care and customer service. Family fun my ass!
