  Started off rocky - spoke to Bobby. We addressed our concerns - he owned up to certain things like a true Boss. Got on track - 2 months later - my son understands his unique body mechanics and feels confident in his game again. Extra Velo helps too. 💯

  Now I understand why all their reviews are from YEARS ago; I made an appointment two weeks in advance, and blocked out my entire Saturday for a 3pm pitching assessment for my son. Their website has VERY limited time slots for this type of session, so I took the only time available. I received THREE reminder emails from them leading up to the lesson time. Upon arrival, after struggling to find the suite, I came upon a very confused trainer who seemed to be in the middle of a private lesson. He had no idea why I was there, and stumbled through an apology, because the trainer I was scheduled with was neither there, nor answering his phone. He literally shrugged his shoulders and said "my bad" while my son and I stood there in disbelief. This business is highly unprofessional and I will not be recommending them.

  Great local training facility for the advanced level baseball player focused on improving their overall game with key metric data collection and measurement on variables such as hitting exit velocity, launch angle and rotational turn etc. Hitters in the Swing authority program are trained on sequential movement and and proper loading. Hitting off the live pitching machine for high velocity and off speed is critical for development as well. For pitchers, the Arm authority program has produced many increased gains in velocity for its students with incorporation of the Driveline system . Everything is measured and tracked using Flightscope, Blast motion and other data collection tools. The strength and conditioning and movement program is also exceptional even though the gym equipment may be limited . In the near future, as they expand to a larger facility they will hopefully integrate a program for defense for infielders. All the instructors are former college and pro players so this makes it worth the investment. I definitely recommend this place!
