This place is a hidden gem. It’s clean it’s fun it’s affordable. They have so many things you can do. They have a machine where you can see Where your hits go and determines if they’re hits or outs. They have radar in some lanes for pitching. For me it was super fun being good old-fashioned batting cages. They had softball and baseball. My two kids and I went and we had a blast. People there are super friendly. It’s a family business and they’re very passionate about what they do and they do it well. We will definitely go back. I highly recommend at any point through the week that you go there and just walk in. You will not regret it and you will end up going back again.

This is a great facility for baseball enthusiast of all skill levels. My boys had a great time here. The prices are very reasonable. And if you’re serious about improving your skills, this place has a lot to offer. We will be back.

I started calling double play in July. I could not get a hold of anyone, I could not leave messages. No one answered their phones. I finally got a hold of someone in August to tell them I want to cancel my subscription. They told me oh you didn’t call and give us enough time so we will be charging you for August then we will cancel. I asked if there’s anything I needed to do to confirm that I will not be charged following the August payment they told me nope it’s canceled. Don’t worry about it.I have now been charged for August September, October, and November. I have tried to call every day since August with no answer. I’m unable to visit the place to get them to cancel. It’s absolutely disgusting that they would continue to take money from for a subscription that can’t be fulfilled and that I canceled months ago .They have now charged me over $300 in fees and won’t give me my money back.

Horrible experience. First I signed up my sons for camp WAY in advance and paid the 3 weeks upfront (dumb on my part). I show up and the location is closed. I call and they said “woops we forgot to tell you it’s at a new location”. I showed up there is one man and one teenager and my sons and one other child. This was “camp”. The place is a quarter of the size of their first place with NO AC. The equipment wasn’t set up and they expected to leave my five year old son and six year old son there alone with two grown men and one other child. I tried to get a refund and they responded with a chat gpted answer saying no but they he could try another week when there was SIX kids. Perfect! I brought him back that week. Two out of the four days I picked them up they were ALONE in a room with weights and heavy duty exercise equipment. Let me repeat that- unsupervised!!! I went looking for the teen that was supposed to be watching them and he was alone playing on a machine in the big room (apart from where the kids were) while the small children were alone in the exercise room (barefoot for too for some reason )??? Needless to say I forfeit the other weeks I had paid for because it wasn’t worth my child getting hurt. At today’s baseball game I heard other parents also sharing the same experience. Highly suggest not sending your child here.
