I’ve been on a paying monthly membership for the last two years haven’t stepped foot in the facility in the last 6 months all while still paying the monthly fee which is fine. My wife accidentally booked training and 4 hours later I call to tell them that was a mistake and they say they have to charge me. This leads to a terrible customer experience and comes across as a rip off. We’ve had at least three instances in the past where they canceled on us, once with no warning just this past winter. Maybe rethink your policy for monthly paying members. Or if you call back after a few hours from making the appointment. Or consider a reduced charge rather than the full amount.

Planned a last minute birthday party for my spouse’s 30th birthday. As he plays on many softball teams and birthday is leading right into the start of baseball and softball season. It was definitely a last minute thing on my part, but Caroline, the owner made it so easy and none hassle that saved the party! She was the sweetest and most attentive host as well as making sure my family and I felt right at home. Great place for all ages, lots of fun for family’s and kids to stay active or blow off some steam. I definitely recommend them and will probably have my son’s birthday party there next year !

I went there with my family from Europe the other day, my dad has a disease and it makes him faint sometimes. It happened in the lobby and the response I got from the staff and one customer there was so amazing, everyone was so supportive and helpful. This place is really clean and is clearly taken good care of and I will definitely come back!

Pitching machines are erratic and horrendous. Please save your time and money and look for another facility.
